The Art Of Exchange

If I do this for you, what will you give me? Or, "If you give me that thing, I'll give you this." The more interesting part about the whole exchange is the WHAT. Automatically one might assume money is the only exchange of currency. Which is not quite true.
We exchange unknowingly everyday. We exchange our own energies for other people's without even realizing it. With simple conversation; exchanging of words, thoughts and feelings. How you feel after the conversation, whether you feel lighter or heavier, will determine if that was a good exchange of energies or not so much.
Have you ever had a time or two when somebody asked you for a favor? Ofcourse you have. And automatically the brain thinks, "Well, what's in it for me?" It also has to be worth the request. Otherwise, it's just not an even EXCHANGE, now is it?
Let's go deeper into the exchanging of energies...two people coming together...for a moment becoming one...and when separated, one may be left feeling empty. Well, why might that be? Where did the energy go that both had contained so fully in the beginning? This type of exchange is the most popular and most fragile.
On a lighter note, have you thought about all the other ways we can exchange? A cell phone for a pair of shoes? lol. Washing a car for a good meal? The list can go on forever...that's the beauty of exchanging... However you do it...make it worth your while.
